Refund & Return Policy

Upon receiving of goods, all defects, damages, or manufacturer's faults must be reported within 7 days and the arising issues clearly outlined and backed up by evidential images. Deliveries made require the presence of both parties so as to sign and receive goods. If the recipient is unavailable, then, the product(s) will be shipped back, and a fresh delivery fee charged for the successive deliveries of the consignment.

The Process of the returned item(s)

Before any returns are made, please contact customer support to schedule the return and avail any other details concerning the product(s) to be returned. If your order is correctly filled but you wish to return it, the return will be accepted; however, only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded. All non-defective products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The return postage needs to be paid by the customer if they need us to pick it up, or they can organise a drop off at our warehouse.

Return and Exchange Exceptions

Goods will be replaced or a full refund made if:

  • The merchandise received does not match the description; or
  • Goods are in their original state as received and unused;
  • The quality of the merchandise is defective.
  • The quality of the goods is not merchantable.

Goods will not be accepted or a refund issued if:

  • The wrong merchandise was ordered.
  • The consignment took longer to deliver than anticipated.
  • If the item you purchased doesn't fit in the designated space within your home, we cannot offer a refund. We strongly advise you to measure your space accurately before making a purchase.
  • We understand that appearances can be subjective. If the item doesn't meet your expectations in terms of appearance, we cannot provide a refund.
  • All custom orders are non-refundable. Before placing your order, please consider the dimensions, appearance, and practicality of the item you are selecting.
